We believe we have one of Norway's best kitchens, and our guests arrive with high expectations. Every guest should be so satisfied after a stay here, that he or she will leave us an enthusiastic ambassador for Lysebu. That's the best marketing we can have. We also want our guests to return, with even higher expectations than when they came the first time.

Lysebu's thoughts on food have been wrapped up in our own "cookbook", which is itself a journey through Norway's food heritage. Every dish serverd shall be a work of art. A satisfied guest is the only real reward.
