Christmas Party

Safe and warm, tucked inside sheepskins, riding in a sleigh behind a horse along a track lined with flickering torches and snow- laden spruces. That is the road to the fairytale and could be the start of a Christmas Party at Lysebu. Our Christmas Party program includes many of the traditional, Norwegian ways, but we execute them in our own, special manner - spiced up by our strong ties to Denmark. This is what makes a Christmas Party at Lysebu so special.

Your special event can begin with a tasting session featuring the Scandinavian "water of life" known as "akevitt". Wine tasting can also be arranged, followed by a sumptuous meal that does not limit itself to traditional "julebord" fare. At Lysebu, the menus tend to be more creative. Christmas dinners for families are arranged every Sunday from the end of November.
